What is your return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items and must be unworn in original packaging. Due to the custom nature of all our products all sales are final.

Do  you offer resizing?

Unfortunately no, we provide all the provisions for the correct size to be ordered. We have made the decision against offering re-sizing as not all rings can be re-sized. We are an online business that ships internationally it would be cheaper and easier for our customers to have their rings re-sized at their local Jeweller if necessary.

How do I care for my ring?

Clean your ring regularly with mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals and remove during heavy physical activity. We recommend professional cleaning once a year.

What warranty do you offer?

All our stones come with a lifetime warranty covering stone defects or damage. This includes free stone replacement for any damage.
